Hello I was asking about how you count the days and I just checked the website and this is what it says:

we received ****** application for permanent residence on February 27, 2015.

Medical results have been received.

We received your application to sponsor on February 27, 2015.

We started processing your application on April 13, 2015.

We sent you a letter on May 11, 2015 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I havn't got the letter but anyone can give me an indication?

I did yet that's what I was told you get in the email I will have another look but didn't see it

You can also search your email using "cic" and it'll pop up.

Are you the sponsor? If so, I'd call first thing in the morning.

They started processing it April 13 and Finished May 11 isn't that just under a month

That appears to be a sponsor approval notice. Are you an outland applicant or are you the sponsor? If you are the sponsor you will likely get a letter in the mail indicating that you were either accepted or rejected.

They don't usually reject a sponsor or applicant without first asking for clarification on anything that might disqualify them so I am guess it is a positive sponsor approval.

They usually send EITHER by mail OR by email. Whichever you selected on your application on how you can receive communication with cic. Usually it takes about 8 days after you rcv that confirmation that they sent you a letter on this or that date, if by snail mail however, it takes longer than that. So i agree with the rest, try phoning cic. And goodluck on your application.

Just got it today in the mail, approved excited so what does the next stage process? Can I check the status online once it leaves Canada

local or do you mean which office was it sent to, it was sent to paris
