I wouldn't be too concerned. I also got AOR by email and sponsorship approval by regular mail. Made no sense to me since they obviously had my email address, but it doesn't mean you have anything to worry about.
Same here. AOR by email and SA by regular mail. I'm living in Europe and it took 10 calendar days for me to get the letter (from when it said decision made) and when I get mail from home it usually just takes 4 working days. So don't stress out too much.
Are you the sponsor or the applicant? If they just sent you your AOR (assuming you are the sponsor here) they may have just not sent another email for DM. I am assuming this is the DM on the sponsors side. If you are not the sponsor then you would not get an email about the DM. Only the sponsor would get this. As an applicant the best you can 'hope' for is an email from them letting you know you have been found eligible to apply for permanent residency. This would be known as your AIP.
