Is decision made on ecas before PPR good or bad news? done with medicals rprf already encashed, medical line received on ecas, I am really worried, is it a sign of rejection?

If the medical has been completed, then decision made is good news.

I also have done medical. My Ecas also says 'Medical results have been received'. But mine does not show DECISION MADE but it says IN PROCESS. bUT i THINK nothing to worry about. Its a good news. B y the way would you mind to share your time line?

Unfortunately your ecas is identical with mine.

but i have noted way of entering to ecas is very different to VO to VO(so does the decission)

Are they calculating the points after medicals? It is not realistic. How come they rejected your application at the last stage. Did you appeal? What is your profession? What is the points you claimed from your wife?

yes,but somehow they have rejected,I did medicals December 2011 also they had requested to pay RPRF this year.I got PER oct 2011 :'(

They first (VO Colombo) raised about JD mismatch(NOC 2121) but final letter they have miscalculated my spouse education(adaptability point)

I have made an apeal to reconsider my case.

Now i am totally hopeless deperessed.

When i was appling i was in the mark 67 band.(considering 4 point for my wife educational credentials) they have awarded 3 points(considering asone year course of study)made my marks 66

When i made CSE in march 2012 they replied"file is with an officer for review and i will be contacted after review is compleated"

This month i got the refusal letter

congrats
no reason to worry, you will receive PPR in few days, actually the DM and PPR usually come the same day but due to xmas holidays your PPR is delayed. so don't worry.

Please call for CAIPS. You will clearly understand the reason for the rejection.

"actually the DM and PPR usually come the same day"...this is not any hard n' fast rule.

For many including me, PPR & RPRF submission letter came while the e-cas status is still "Medical Results Have been Received".
It's been a month since the PP + RPRF were submitted and that's it.....

I feel the case processing criteria and the timeline differs from VO to VO and what hold a way for one might not be the same for other VO.
