'Decision Made' in Parent Sponsorship - Timeline

Hi,
On April 15, 2014 the online status for my parent sponsorship changed to 'Decision Made', and I received a letter saying "Met eligibility requirements as Sponsor"

The letter i received says, My application is sent to CPP Ottawa.
From the letter I understand, it was NOT sent to local office in my parents country.

I want to know
1. How much time does it take after this point. Can someone give me their timelines.
2. What does sending the application to CPP Ottawa means.

1. Few months time at least
2. Means the rest of the process will be completed at CPP-Ottawa such as medical, security screening/checking, and requests for any info, etc.
If they need local/additional info they may send the file to nearest visa office as per country of origin/residency, etc.

Read the letter you received carefully, it should state the basic/next steps.

They might ask for additional information. If not they will ask for medical.
Keep tracking with ur file number and your email too.
