CIC is unpredictable bro. They don't even know themself what they do at what time, its all random with no fixed time frame. They have sluggish stuff living on tax payers money and good thing is they are answerable to none.

We can judge their attitude by the answer to our emails we send them for query. They don't read those for weeks and then come up with generic responses.
