Hello guys,
I have received 1 of the 2 emails that are sent from nrobi immigration. The 1st about passport and the 2nd about medical instructions. I have received the email stating about passport. It said that medical instructions were sent automatically by my email address,but i have not received any email about the medical instructions. It has been 3 weeks since i mailed them but did not receive any answers. And if medicals are not sent within 30 days they might deny it. I called but this automatic reply said that the immigration office can only be reached by their email and not their phone. What do you guys advice?
