This is for inland app. We have DM on both sides on ECAS, received AIP and SA however no contact after that. Is there still a possibility our app is refused even if it shows DM? We've never been requested for additional documents or interview and haven't received PFL (does PFL normally come before DM?).
 
PFL would probably come before DM. I personally never got any formal DM notice beyond ecas — we just had to wait for the landing letter. No news is good news and waiting with no updates for a while is very normal!
