Haha. I’ve gotten mine passport request this morning.

the number for the vac isn’t going through. Please advice me on the passport submission process
Hi, congratulations.

I dont think you need to contact VAC. Since they would probably send you the generic email.

So you are to send the following documents to the VAC where you did your biometrics:
  1. Your international passport
  2. Two copies of your data page
  3. Two copies of the passport request letter
  4. The biometric slip that was given to you upon completion of your biometric
  5. Any other document that was stated in the passport request letter.
Kindly contact me if you have any other question.

So it’s only the courier service payment required at this point right? Like asides using DHL and paying them, I don’t need to pay to the vac right?

Yes.

Once your passport is ready for collection, you'd get a correspondence on how to pay.

Does anyone have any idea when IRCC sends back the passports to VFS? I have a feeling it's on Fridays since VFS sends to applicants on Mondays and Wednesdays and to IRCC on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Whacky thoughts but yeah

Yes, when I called them, they said they collect the passports every Friday so we can contact them on Mondays for update.
