Hi all,

I got an update on my application on October 6th.

Here is my timeline:

Application Date: December 31 2020(Ottawa,ON)

AOR: May 6 2021

BG Check: July 22 2021

Test Invite: August 20 2021(Along with PP pages)

PP pages send: August 23 2021

Test Taken: August 26 2021

Test Completed Update: September 2 2021

Everything else got updated on October 6 2021. The processing office is Niagara Falls.

The only thing that hasn’t been updated(started) is Oath Ceremony.

Please update the tracker.

You, @Emenaik007, and myself had our test confirmed on Sept 2 with the test invite coming from Niagara Falls office though our primary offices are different. As both of you received the updates same day, now I am beginning to wonder if anything is even fine with my file.

1. Online application submitted on Dec 19th 2020
2. AOR - email received on March 29th 2021
3. Citizenship test - 22nd august
4. Docs/passport request - 25th august
5. Language skills and prohibition completed - Oct 4th
6. Physical presence - in progress
7. Oath - not started

I reached out to the Winnipeg office last week for the physical presence status update as it was still in progress. The status got updated to completed today.

Hi @namratha_s - I emailed them at the email address I had initially sent the passport scans to. They sent an automated email saying they will update my file in 3 days following which I can either call them at their call center and ask for the update or wait for the application online tracker to be updated. My online app was updated within the three days of me emailing them so I didn't have to call their call center.

I received my ATIP notes this morning and everything is the same as on the tracker. Upon checking my tracker, there was an update on my account. I have provided my updated timeline:

@thetechgirl, we now have the same approach of updates as your PP wasn't updated alongside the language skills and prohibition. Please can you give me your techgirl tips (in the email you sent) that made them update your PP?

I just checked the tracker and my status also got updated. Language, Prohibitions and Physical Presence is also completed now.

Citizenship Ceremony is not started, I hope IRCC sends the Oath invitation soon.
