My application tracker ( Screenshot ) looks very weird, everything is in processing except the exam, normally background checks show completed first then you get an exam request, I completed my exam but everything else in processing since April. I have applied in mid-December
Is anyone in a similar situation or any idea why is my tracker like this
I am in the same boat as yours and I am a December 2019 applicant, this is so much secrecy about the whole process that it is getting so annoying, they need to understand that people are stuck because of their indecisiveness and they dont even follow a pattern, applications sent in September/November 2020 are done with their oath ceremonies within a year of applying.
Please update the tracker.

Definitely making one pdf (in chronological order) would be ideal. I did that with my passports (I have 2 passports for my eligibility period). Then, you can name the file (the single pdf) as advised by IRCC.....if I remember correctly; CXXXX - Lastname (or Lastname - CXXXX).
I got the passport copies request this afternoon. however, I want to understand the ways to send the requested copies to IRCC as the email indicates this only “

I scanned my 2 passports using a scanner into multiple images(with 300 dpi) and after that I pasted all those images into a word document(of course into correct sequence) and then saved as the word document into pdf. Before saving there is a option to compress the pdf which I selected and able to create pdf with 3.6MB in size.
My Fingerprints was done on January 2020 and test done on August 2021. So my question is this, do I need to give fingerprint again and is it necessary to do after one year ?
