It seems like 16. December is a lucky day . I've just received an e-mail from CIC with my nomination from Ontario!
I'm so happy, I can't explain what I feel right now! Thank you everyone for your help and support.
Thank you @bestofluck for creating this thread, it really helped me in the moments of frustration when I thought that this whole immigration idea was in vain.
I wish everyone who is still waiting to get their nominations in the nearest future!!

Friends, I need some help here.

I'm planning for upfront medical examination but when I called up the hospital, they said to bring IMM form along with other documents.

Can you let me know is this IMM form is IMM1017E form? if so, where can I get this from?
