My PNP has not been approved yet, they are saying its on final stage for more than 2 months.

My work permit is getting expired in a month.. Can I apply for BOWP even tho its gonna decline but I can work meanswhile ( 2 months for paper application) Meanwhile If I get ITA I can apply again?

Any suggestions ?

yes. You get it in 15 days but it is not req post ITA for submission.

IRCC is claiming that they have cleared all the PNP applicants and sent them ITA's, I think they dont want to see more PNp candidates to compete for ITA's .

I am not expecting anymore nominations for 2016.

CRS score will go down tho

Mail them with the subject - "URGENT - Work Permit Expiring - File#ABCD1234".... Mention the situation and Ask them Please advice me what to do. This should trigger some action from their end. Day1- mail it to one of their id, Day2-send to their second mail id

Surprisingly OINP acknowledged receipt of my additional docs today.... i sent them off Monday night....let's see what happens....

frankly not receiving such mail is better. These mails are send to delay the process and so they will send you nomination after 14th Dec draw. Still however i wish i am wrong and you get nominated asap.

Note: DD got nominated in few days after receiving such a mail, so fingers crossed

No updates of nomination from any members !!! March applicants FSW stared getting nominations. I hope December app get cleared now.

Anyone who is nominated and not updated? please do it so that we know where actually we stand. :-X :-X

I have received an email last night from an analyst investigator. He said they have received my new EE profile and asked me if I have sent documents requested on 14th Nov.
I sent him again all the docs requested, although those docs were sent for sure on 17th Nov (I have an acknowledgement email from them for those docs).
So now we wait again.....
