Hi All
Igot to know two days back that my file is with the senior office , from here how much time it may take to get decision mail ? Should I follow up with them again?
Thanks
Gayathri
@mangat2016, can you please share what did they ask you in additional documents if possible.

What is your timeline?
Expect an assessment phase email or a request for additional document(s) very soon. Sometimes you'll receive a decision email straight away, if your documents deemed complete and up to date. It all depends on your timeline and whether you're an FSW or CEC applicant.

I am an FSW applicant and the timeline is as follows:
EE profile created 19 nov 2015
pT notification 20th Nov 2015
OINP app submitted 29th Dec 2015
AOR June 24 2015
ECA verification request 7th Oct 2016
When I asked the officer that I haven't got additional documents request , he said may be it is not required.
Thanks

File refered to Sr officer for decision takes some more time than
file moved to Decision phase. Both the things are different. you will hear from them soon.

Oh ok. I hope it's soon.☺
Hello People,
I have almost prepared all the documents which office VK asked for, hopefully she will be an easy going officer! Yet, I have some questions;
1. my ex company refused to issue pay stubs for my employment period in their company and I cant use the ones I have at home because they are not stamped and not in English. Would it be ok just to send my bank account statement for that period and highlighting the lines where salary was deposited?
2. She requested my details and job description and to write down if I took any paid or unpaid long leaves. Again, I didn't take any and my ex company there is no need to mention that as it didn't happen and if it happened then they would have listed it down. Is that ok?
3. POF letter, I have issued a one from my bank that lists my accounts in the bank and the total amount of money in each account. Is that enough or I should add to it bank statement with the transactions in the last 6 months ?
4. I will be creating 3 PDFs and for the two files related to employment; I will attach a copy of the account balance only for that period highlighting the bank installments. Trying to make it easy to follow up for the officer. Do you think this is good?
5. If I happen to receive a nomination (Hopefully

) I would wait till the next EE draw to see If I am issued an ITA? am asking because my EE profile expires in the second week of December
Appreciate your help

S abuhass everything seems ok. And do not take tension of profile expiry as its not a big deal. Just conc on docs you are sending. Good luck

Seems OINP simultaneously started focusing on Jan applications which give hopes to all of us.

Your thoughts:
There are pending NoMs from Oct, Nov, Dec. OINP simultaneously started focusing on Jan applications.
Sure, the files are distributed to several teams; and it's not based on FCFS. Randomly the NoMs are issued if the officer is satisfied.
We observe the WES, additional docs requests are and will continue. Applicants need to simply wait, watch and hope for a positive outcome.
Hi guys,
just to let you know that a profile does not expire if you receive ITA even if you don't send you e-APR before profile expiry date. it only then expires if you cross the 60 days period or decline ITA.
I thought some applicants might be intrested in knowing that.
Good luck

This is indeed useful information.
However, can you confirm that this was the case with your application? I am asking to ensure that we have a user confirming a personal experience.

yes it is my own experience. My profile was supposed to expire yesterday October 26 and I was afraid of that as I still didn't finish with all my documents. I just signed in to find that the profile is still open. by the way if you enter to your profile you find at the bottom of it beside the profile expiry date, a question mark, press on it you can read that it's stated there that a profile will not expire if you receive ITA.

good info. thanks for sharing
on the lighter side
people are not afraid of making new profile, they are afraid of consultants asking money to make a new profile saying one yr is over and they charge extra
