sure they have some prioritising criteria of their own.. highly unlikely nomination is random

All those who are thinking why OINP is not going sequential is because they have allotted the applications to different teams. Hence the processing for each file will vary and will depend on who is dealing with your file. This information is based on my last call to OINP.

If you already have an ECA
If you have an existing WES ECA report, you must order a duplicate of the report at: https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp. The “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCI” must be indicated as the recipient of the report.
