returned ones have send a mail to OINP saying there was no such update on 9th may. They have requested to consider the re submission. lets wait and watch.

Mine was returned because ONE SINGLE PAGE NUMBER IN MY BLANK PASSPORT PAGE WAS MISSING . It was page 45, and I took the pic a little bit smaller, and only showed "4" without the 5. The officer put a sticker note on that page and point out that was the reason !!!!!!!!!

Usually the finals letters are the name of the officer who checked your application.
Probably you officer is: "Viktoryia Klimava"

BTW, I had only ONE attachment in the AoR, no Receipt was attached.
