Are you sure you never received an email from them asking for it?
if not, send them an email, most probably they are going to ask you for one very soon

guys, what is the difference between Case # and file number?

which one should I use to send a Change of Personal Information form?

also, they asked for a new cheque as expected, I'm gonna do that on Sunday, should I send the Change of Personal Information form along with the new cheque or is it enough to forward the completed form by email?

To be on the safe side, I would include both numbers and send the change of personal info via both email and mail with your check (just to avoid any additional delays from their side).

May be I am just plainly lucky. Called them 2 times no one picked up the third time it was picked up.

around 2 am. Guys, should i add anything while taking new DD ?
Writing any file number on reverse side of DD ? I hope its on the front side of application package only.
While sending the address for returning my old DD, i hope i can mail the information about wes access for OINP as per their updates too.
