So that's true. They are expediting the process eventually.

To be fair, according to application guide it states 90 days after receiving AOR.

They will not encash draft till they find application eligible, and when they find it eligible they will not throw it away.

But yes, they should have kept the promise of 90-day commitment.
 
Skhanna, Stanlee and Vikram ..... 3 guys from Nov. group got nomination today..... looks like OINP is sending out nominations within 90 days of AOR
