CEC applicants get AOR first. For FSW guys, I think there is at least 2-3 weeks to wait.

ya probably FSW app. will get AOR later in March. No hurry

This is what forum member Jaisingh10 posted in "OINP Application sent in November 2015" thread :-

I called them and got a reply that please don't count Dec -Jan as working months for the your 90 days,expect your AOR around April,I send my file on 30th Nov.

??? :'(

Hi all.
Seems that OINP processing speed is extremely low. Is anyone aware what applications they are processing now?
When will they start processing December applications? So tired of waiting

They are processing November second week. Hang in for 2-3 weeks more. You should see progress with December applicants
