I know it's a privilege that Ontario has this program but man! This is like taking forever for them to decide or to open applications. If their are only 3 people working for this program they should have each a target and open applications like 6-7 applications and decide in a day.
It's really easy just by checking the checklist they can see who are the applicants who submit the complete papers and so on...
I know I'm not suppose to blame them but we too have a deadline in staying here in Canada. I am aware we need to be patient but they can't even give us a time frame when we can have a response. We only get automatic and same response when we ask about our application.
The nov applicants still didnt got the AOR. I think till Nov 5th applicants received till now. So IMO i dont think we will get AOR in first march. maybe end of march if they are speeding up the process.

Either they have slowed down or else they are overwhelmed with applications. The pace of AOR issual to Nov. 2015 applicants is pathetically slow. They were suppose to nominate within 90 days of receiving the applications but right now they are taking 90 days just to issue AORs .
So basically, (90days OINP AOR) + (10 -90 days for Nomination) + (6 months for CIC processing) = Almost 1 year of waiting/uncertainity ??? ??? :'( :'(

I believe what happened is that they stalled processing due to Christmas/New Year's holiday break.
Because when the program opened in June 2015, processing took from less than 2 months to 3 months, and this seemed consistent up to October and November applications.
Hopefully they can pick up the pace this start of the year.

Right now, folks whose application was delivered on 10-Nov-2015 haven't received AOR. Looks like december folks will have to wait at least 2 weeks more
