you have to land before 6 months or expiry of emdicals or passport whichever happens first.
you have to stay 2 yrs out of 5 to keep PR status.

Yes I am doing that. But how do we know if that province is active to accept applications or not..
Just now checked New brunswick and website does not say anything about not accepting etc.

Keep visiting every PNP website. They open anytime. Try PEI and also CHK SINP.
