Dear PFL receivers, have you heard back from OINP after challenging it? I know someone got nominated too but my 30 days are over and no one responded to my challenge neither sent a rejection.

it is procedural fairness letter given before rejection, giving time to applicant to defend the case with any additional docs. The decision is then taken after receiving docs or clarification from applicant.

Somehow, it appears OINP is slipping into recess or certainly will slow down from 19 Dec as Christmas and New year
holidays will be availed by staff and the work may resume from 9th Jan 2017. Let's wait and watch. Your thoughts.

My observation is that OINP releases flood of nominations just before the draw. One more draw for december is due, most likely on Wed. 21-Dec. So hope for the best.

OINP has a target to meet by Dec. 31. Don't think all the officers can go on a 2 week simultaneous leaves shutting down OINP office so they would be working but with reduced staff strength.

Also, no employee would like to exhaust their vacations at the start of the year itself. So expect most OINP staff to be back in office on Mon 3-Jan-2017

Me too, its 45 days now, mine senior officer is (NB), I am dec 29th applicant. I have send details regarding my new EE profile too. No acknowledgement yet. OINP never called me.
Either nominate or reject it !! Thats my only request. I could use my same IELTS for immigration purpose in other countries.
