Not So Good news from my side. But wanted to inform you guys. My application got returned. I am yet to receive the application package ???

I got the below reply for my inquiry.


Dear Sir/Madam,

This refers to your recent correspondence:

Our records indicate that your application was deemed incomplete for missing. The application package was returned because it is missing required information and/or documentation on May 3 2016.

You should be receiving your application package and an attached letter shortly. Please note you are required to submit a copy of this letter along with your new application. You have 30 calendar days from the date of this letter to resubmit your application. It is important that you ensure that your application is complete and all required documents attached.

Please note that no further extension will be granted after the expiration of this 30 Calendar days.


Thank you for your interest in our program.

sad, but you still have 30 days to resubmit the app.
do not loose hope, we all are in the wait stage for now so it honestly doesn't matter if you get to wait say 1-2 months more because of resubmission.

Got to check with HDFC bank about DD expiry date. They confirmed, it will be 90 days ??? My DD date was Dec 04th 2015.
Speculating it, to be one of the reasons for return.

3 weeks it has been 1 AOR per week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe there are more applicants who are not on the tracker, not on this forum and through consultants. So it cannot really be 1 per week. There must be more AoRs issued that that we can track here.

Hi,

I have applied OINP under CEC, walked in and dropped my application at Toronto Downtown on December 18, 2015.

I have also sent an email to know the status of my application on December 20, 2015.

I received an email from OINP on January 11, 2016 as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your application package has been received in our office and is in queue for review by an officer. Due to the high volume of applications being received, Acknowledgement Letters may take longer to be issued.

If your application is complete, you will receive the letter from OINP by email to indicate that your application has been accepted for assessment.

If your application is incomplete, your package will be returned to you by Purolator including the payment.

Does it mean that my package has been received on January 11, 2016? - No, the date of your application receipt will be December 18, 2015. Since you have emailed them on December 20th, they have got back to you with their standard repose on January 11th. They generally take 15-20 days to reply to emails.

If it is such, as per the current AOR processing time, can I expect AOR by the end of May? - Yes, AORs are currently being sent to December applicants. You can expect to receive AOR by May end or early June.

I have to update my mobile #, but to update that, I need file number to be filled in the change of personal information form.
Do I have to wait for my AOR(to get the file number) to update the mobile #? - If you do not have the file number, you can mention your EE profile number and send the completed Change of Personal Information Form to OINP by mail, fax or email attachment.

Very sad news @hemche. I feel really bad for you. Did they tell you which document is missing ?.

Don't lose hope. Arrange the missing doc., get updated bank draft and POf (bank statements or whatever) and re-submit. Everything would be ok one day. All the Best my friend.

Thank you for the motivating words @DigitalDestiny They did not mention, about which document is missing, in the email. i need to check the package for missing documents letter. Waiting for the package to arrive. Hope it reaches me soon, as the 30 days timer has already started from May 3rd.

Hi Guys...

I have one question....

CEC category means, we should have at least 1 year of Canadian experience in the last 3 years. Correct?

I have worked in Toronto, Ontario from May 14 2013 to June 8 2014.

So if I consider my eligibility of CEC, it will be applicable till June 8 2016.

when I submit my application package to OINP in December, I have mentioned CEC category in which my application has to be assessed.

Till now no AOR…. will there be any problem because of expiring CEC eligibility...

Your thoughts please.

sorry to know your application is returned. But if you resubmit it wont take this much time because by than backlog will be cleared.
