Just to let you know further that, apart from other usual docs like updated PoF and employer reference letter, I have been asked (with the condition "if available") to provide job search proof in ON..

Congrats Tari, its a pretty standard request they have asked really, check the OINP pdf application guide page 13
"You may also provide evidence of your ties to Ontario. Ties to Ontario can include but are not limited to, the following:
Employment in Ontario;
Job offers or jobs applied/interviewed for in Ontario"
they just wanna make sure u have genuine intentions to reside in Ontario, and that u have already started searching for a job
, which to me doesnt make much sense as we are FSW anyway

Withdrawing the old application and submitting new. it's not that easy as it sound! Need to give reason why withdrawing. also you need to mention in new application why you withdrew old one. 1500$ again... and how can you be sure that they would not take this much time again...

congrats on getting additional doc req. This is amazing...people started getting these req instead of phone calls, which was expected.
Now if you have not searched your job ( like in my case) and introduced by someone, you must give a name and details of that person who introduced you to get an interview. IF possible take a letter from your employer or the person who introduced explaining how you got the job. good luck for Decision phase and nomination.
Most probably everyone who applied before 15th Dec might get Additional Doc req next week.

Thanks @bestofluck...m just ammazed at your calculations. I did apply for a few jobs, half-hearted though, as most employers would require work permit and I am FSW Outland. But I applied through LinkedIn job search, so let's see how they take it.
