Just a quick query, has anyone received their bank draft back from Ontario PNP without sending a new one?

well the thing is , why would anyone wait that long to send a new one? Everyone would send a new one as early as possible max. in a day or two. So you will not get a reply to this question.
By the way are you asking this because you want to withdraw your application and you want your money back this way ? I would say you can try sending them your confirmed email ID and ask them to return you draft telling them you will send the new one soon ( but not send them) and see. Mostly they will send it back as they have not put the condition in AOR.
Be the first one and tell us about this.
I can't understand why does everyone care about the old BD?
just cancel it and issue new one.
my bank did it on the spot with zero fees

Many banks wont cancel the old one without the original. So they need it back.

Yep.. The alternative is to say you lost it or that it is ubrecoveravle and do a bunch of paperwork for that...
