Mr Optimist: Totally agree with your comments. A few seniors, members are regular and keep the threads live. Rest, after receiving
their AOR's got busy. We don't have any info source to know progress, updates except this platform, which in my view has benefited all
of us daily.
Imagine, a day without this forum, we would not know any progress. Yes, applicants are distressed and the wait has crossed all limits,
with no or little progress in foreseeable future.
Sharing, expressing opinions should continue..also few jokes, comments on lighter note. All members are pretty decent and the topics
agenda is AOR's NOM's delays, quota, pros and cons.

You are absolutely correct. The 90 day turn around time was more of a marketing trick. They have now removed all references to 90 days from the OINP manual, OINP website and from the Ministry website.

December applicants took 2 Months and 20 days to get 103 AORS, while January applicants took just 1 Month and 9 days to get 103 AOR. As promised OINP is diligently working on to improve the process.
February and march applicants will all get AOR in less than 1 month, once they start getting them, say between 15th August and 15th Sep
We can expect Nominations to start between 15th Sep and 1st October and end before 25th December 2016

Send them a fax and call them everyday... they are usually more responsive on fax ,

Really really dont believe that they will nominate all apps in 2016..
That's way too many people (some of sept + a lot of oct + most of nov + dec + jan + feb + mar)

I am tempted to think along your lines. Jan: 1800, Dec and Feb: roughly 1400 each (just guessing here!) and March: perhaps 1000 (again, a guess!) combined with remaining Sep to Nov applicants: more than at least 1000 to 1500 (another guess!).. The figure is certainly more than 6000! If they issue nominations to All OINP applicants, that'll be quite an achievement, won't it?

Not to mention that such number will be absorbed in at least 10 draws
