Go to your Profile page. Then check for Modify Profile Tab on the left. Click on the sub heading, Forum Profile information .
Add your signature in the Signature Text Box and update.

WES site is down and can't order duplicate ECA ....

I am also trying to add my signature but i am able to see only "Account Related Settings" under Modify Profile tab.

Because you are a newbie. you should be in this forum actively atleast for some more days until you become Member
Then you will see the Forum profile link.
