My application number starts with E. I think my visa office is Delhi .

I would say if you can try again and then dial 9 which will help you to talk.to agent
No doubt the waiting time will be long but you have to hold on to talk to agent the agent will confirm if your case is in new Delhi or.some other office

Well you can try around 1-3pm est
I think you will talk to agent easily
