There is only one CIO, and it is in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Ottawa is a visa office. Mine was transferred from CIO to London VO.

Mate, its sequence, NA > IP1 > NA2 > IP2 ... has your app changed statuses? Then you can see where it is.

As i said many times, this statuses just an INDICATORS they don't guarantee anything
