Got an update from IRCC in regarding to supplementary information - travel histories (IMM5562E) required to submit within 7 days. I pretty detailed included all my travel histories, and why they still want me to submit another one?

Should I worry about it?

Hi all,
My AOR is Dec 8. Received a message saying UCI is been assigned. So now I can expect passing the Medicals ASAP right?
In the immigration tracker, I can see that ppl are getting Medicals in a week's time after AOR.
