I believe its good news but how long you have to depends on your case.
In my case, I was asked to submit all that as part of my PPR but I have seen someone on this forum that had to wait around 4 weeks to receive PPR after receiving a similar email to yours.

Hey! I got an ATI report as well. It says decision ready to be finalized and it's in IP2 since April. It says background check in review.

Are you FSW applicant? I am not sure you can apply if you are outside Canada. But it seems @Rida Nazir already got it. It takes around 30 days.

GCMS notes (ATI stands for Access To Information) yes you can apply for it no matter where you are. I am doing my process through a consultant though.
