Recently their auto-reply emails have been stating that they won't answer status update requests while the application is within the average processing time. Your best bet is either calling them or ordering GCMS notes. I've ordered a new report even while hoping to get my PPR in the coming weeks.

That is true. Its been almost 3 weeks since I emailed them to know about my status. I got my PPR but no never got the email reply.

This must be conjecture but I've heard from many people that they had ordered GCMS notes just before the update and subsequent ppr.

Personally, it happened to me as well.

Maybe ordering GCMS notes can be considered
