Geez that sucks! Which number are you calling though?

I've read here in the forum people who were successful by calling +1 613 944 4000 and +1 888 242 2100.

If you haven't tried any of these, I'd say give it a shot. Also people say it's better to call after 3pm EST. I personally have never called, so I can't confirm this info. Good luck!

I tried calling the 1613 number. Couldn't connect to an agent due to "high volume of calls", and after around 8 mins of number punching, the call just got cut..even though I was ready to wait on the line. Crazy system!!

Bummer. I'd say try again after 3pm EST and good luck, cause I imagine many more desperate souls have been calling them as well (I'm holding myself not to call... it's hard)
