Thank you, can you clarify what you mean by "using the application no shared by them create a tracker account" ? How can I use an application I don't have a record of besides my receipt to create a tracker account? Thank you

That IRCC agent will share Application No with you. Based on the application no and UCI you can create account to track your application on - https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en

This is IF they find your application in the system.
The fact that you didn't get a confirmation email after submitting the application and the fact that your online application portal is no longer accessible points to the possibility that your application got lost somehow. If the IRCC agent says they don't have any record of your application, just reapply again and use the same payment receipt per Jane's advice.

AOR is acknowledgement of receipt which means IRCC received your application, reviewed it and put it into their system. It is the formal indication that they have started processing the application.
The fact that you applied on Dec 12 and still don't have an AOR also indicates that the application didn't go through. I applied on Dec 22 and received my AOR on Jan 6, almost a month ago.

Hey, I just checked today to see if the test is on my tracking portal. It is. It says Jan 28 (Citizenship test status has been updated to In progress. ) and then Feb 7 is my schedule to take the test.

Hi,
We applied as a family on Dec 12 and received a confirmation email the same day. I opened a tracker account on Dec 19 and oir background check was completed on Dec 24.
On Jan 30, on the tracker account, there was an update telling that we would receive an email to take the test between Feb 6 and March 7). No emails yet. (No other updates either)
What should I do? Do I just wait for an email, or is there an action that I should be doing?
Also, what does it mean that I take the test before all verifications are complete.

Call IRCC and check about the email. You take the test as per the schedule given by IRCC. It does not depend on other activities completion.

Hi, need some help here ...
I just looked at my application pdf and realized I may answer a question wrong in the Eligibility Period - "During your 5-year eligibility period, did you leave Canada for any reason" : my eligibility period is from Dec 27, 2019 to Dec 26, 2024, however for the "Date you left Canada"- I entered Nov 22, 20218 - that is the date I did a soft landing to activate the PR ... my question is if I need to submit a webform to change it? Will it cause any issues?
