Why I received two same email to notify me to create tracker account lol.

and then there’s me… I got 0 emails to activate my tracker. Eventually got fed up and signed up anyway and it worked. Maybe your second email was supposed to be mine lol

Based on the spreadsheet tracker, is it safe to say that the current timeline for citizenship is 3-4 months? Or am I being optimistic?

What office is this? For me it's 1.5 months after AOR no update.
I'm bit scared to see for some people it takes year or so..

Yes, routine applications do appear to take between 3 to 4 months (mostly 4) based on what folks have been posted on this forum for July through November. I check out the other months from time to time to check on progress.

Non-routine, including delayed background checks, being asked for fingerprints and/or interview tend to take longer that 4 months.

I say let's be positive and optimistic and hopefully things will go smoothly for us all.

Call IRCC and inquiry. It never hurts to check in on your application.

if u already have a existing CIC tracker account for ur PR application.. u need u use the same account.. change the password and re login.. This will work .. i got AOR 2 weeks back and did the same and it worked.. please give a try

Thanks for responding. I didn't have a CIC tracker account. I am one of those COPR arrived and covid lockdown was announced cases. I had to get multiple coprs because of covid waves.

The UCI and application number combination is working now.

Check your spam folder.... email subject for AOR is:
"Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: Information about Cxxxxxxxx Correspondence Id: 2-10xxxxxxx"

You won't be able to log in to the tracker without your application number which starts with a 'C'.
If you still can't find the AOR email, then call IRCC and ask them to provide you with your application number.

It shows error:
Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Yes I wait for two days after AOR.

Hello! Does anyone know what the "in process ecas" column means in the Citizenship Application tracker google sheet?
On another note- I was finally able to make a citizenship tracker account after a week of not being able to.

Its the date you able to login to tracker.

Is the verification code going to your spam folder?
Do you have email routing rules set? If yes, I'd check all rule destinations too.

Lastly, maybe give it a day or two. If not contact ircc man, like others said you can call. Or contact them via Facebook messenger or webform.

Date only updates when anything change on file?
