I wish I can get an interview at this point from Vancouver office lol, it feels like they just put my file away for no reason. I honestly think my file maybe non-routine but it is fairly straightforward, I didn't leave the country in 3 years or whatsoever. the more i see other's progress, the more anxious i became.
No need to get anxious. things appear to have started moving again this week based on posts from Oct, Nov and Dec applicants. We should start seeing movement fairly soon.

I'm going to give another week and come back to this - but I've been looking at the trackers, and I increasingly think that my election hypothesis (a pause on some decisions roughly after test and before oath from start of election to its completion) has some truth in it.

From the trackers, it really does look like very little progress (for the roughly August24-March25 period I looked at) during the election. Stark empty LPP columns noticeable after ~March 15, esp). Some exceptions, to be sure - but not very many (which I might be able to figure out based on timing of various aspects, but a bit lazy).

And now we're starting to see the LPPs and oath invitations starting up. Not an obvious trend just yet, but it's only a few days after the election. If that hypothesis is correct, it'll be much more obvious in two-three weeks.

Ah, I forgot one other thing I noted: not zero, but relatively few oath ceremonies scheduled during the period that weren't already substantially complete (eg LPP) before the election call. I.e. they mostly seemed to have set some cut-off where files could get scheduled for oath but they weren't going to add that many after.

A caveat though that I may still have it completely wrong and these are still just impressions ('looking at' the tables and not analyzing them to catch how many don't seem to fit the hypothesis, etc).

I am inclined to agree with your assessment and thought process. It does appear as though they stopper processing (beyond test completuins) in March and waiting through election week. And now processingas resumed. They probablyput their focus on AORs and initial application processing for Feb to April applicants during this time and held off from LPP completions and oath ceremony scheduling. Like we discussed in the other forum, the majority of LPP decisions can be made in one sitting by an officer, so they didn't want to do thar and then be 'accused' of impeding the voters by delaying oath scheduling.
In a way, it's good the Liberals won because immigration policy will continue 'as is'. I was slightly concerned that there would be a further delay/pause had the conservatives won while IRCC waited for any new mandates.

AOR DEC 09
Everything is complete but prohibition is stuck since 08 march. I applied with my son his minor. His prohibition is completed.
Any idea how long will it take? I'm just loosing hope. Its frustrating

I cant be more frustrated, one would think the application without FP request would process quicker than the ones with FP requests. Yet I AM STILL WAITING SINCE MARCH 6, how is this even making any sense? this is beyond ridiculous.

So frustrating when you see others who applied later, have to do exams, provide finger prints, do interviews and still get their oath advice quicker...
My mother just got an invitation to download e-certificate. But can’t access until 5 business days of oath. Oath details have not come thru yet

This is good. Means things really are starting to move. A bunch of us are the same AOR Jan 6 to Jan 10 cohort so let's see if things move for us as well. I am now completely convinced things were put on hold for the election. If you recall, my GCMS notes said my application was grant review ready since March 6, which is pretty much the LPP portion and final grant decision.
