GU yesterday as well, nothing changed, but I noticed the parts on Citizenship test (one is the day when this tab went into progress, one is the day I completed the test) showed "new update", not sure what it meant. Perhaps only yesterday they came in to verify and approved my test?

Same. GU but no changes. Everything in progress except test ( Completed)

I saw someone with test on Jan. 26 got a ghost update. My test was Feb. 16, and my case is with mtl office (submission Jan. 8). Other offices seems faster up to now.

Hopefully, they catch up faster with other offices.
