Hi guys! I completed the test on February 8th with 18/20 and I still didn't receive the confirmation on the tracker. Does anyone have any advice if I should contact them at some point or just continue waiting for like 30 days more? The tracker is still showing that I need to take the test

Same! I called RCMP last week and they told me finger prints were shipped on 23rd. May 2nd. Saturday I got a ghost update but no change. Only green on test.

No I haven’t been asked for fingerprints

I applied for my mother's citizenship on Dec 4, 2023. We got the AOR on Dec 27, 2023. However, when i enter the information on the ECAS site, it seems the system can't track the application. I tried with Status Tracker where it can find the application with AOR date but that portal is last updated on the Jan 10.

Is this something normal that ECAS can't track the application in the system while the Status Tracker can find the application with old update?

I filed my application on Dec 27, wrote the test on feb 2nd and it got updated on the tracker on Feb 7.

After that, I didn't receive any update. When can I expect one?

can we please go back to the old way of things were users update their stuff o their ends ?
we would have more data /updates faster that way, its furstrating that people would have to create an account / email someone... most people would just say whatever and give up, if admin is concerned about spam (which is veryyy rare) one could easily revert back the changes
