Wondering why/how people who applied 3-4 days after me have received test invites and not a peep from them since my GU on January 25th.

This is the way of IRCC!

Take a look at previous months trackers in the shared google sheet - lots of ppl waiting for lots of time. We can just wait and watch

Yes, I was able to register after 48 hours, please try again in 2-3 days after receiving AOR

I have been trying, been more than 48 hours, but still same thing. However, I did receive the AOR on Friday, so probably will try Tuesday so it is 48 working hours - there is also a snow storm in Sydney NS and a state of emergency so not sure if that will have an impact as well.

your physical presence is 1095 days right? I believe there is a typo of 1075 days in your post

The Test email states the following. So if I take the test on Day 1 and fail, can I go in again after a couple of days and re-take the test? Or would I need another test email from IRCC?

You need to get 15 correct answers to pass the test.
You will be provided up to 3 attempts to pass the test within 30 days of the test start date.
Only the first 3 attempts at writing the exam (including any previous attempts) will be considered when reviewing your test scores.

and then silence four weeks since AOR and 2 weeks since ghost update.

Same here, single applicant December 22nd, Aor same day as yours. Ghost update on the 25th and radio silence since. People who applied December 28th have received Test invites but nothing yet on my end. I'm reminded of how crazy it is understanding ircc.

Veuillez noter que ce n’est pas forcément le même bureau que celui qui prend en charge la traitement de votre demande. Pour moi, c’est le bureau de Vancouver qui traite ma demande et pourtant c’était le bureau de Manitoba qui m’a envoyé l’avis de convocation.

It isn’t necessarily the same office as the one that is addressing your request. In my case, it‘s the Vancouver office that is handling my request (I know this because they asked me to submit fingerprints and supporting documents that I omitted to). However, I got the test email from MBSK, like you.
