i got ghost update on 13th January and no update for me

Quick question: when you guys mention that you got a ghost update (email) is it the email with the subject "Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application / Suivez le progrès de votre demande d’attribution de la citoyenneté" ? We received one after the AOR (Jan10 which I think was to link application to tracker), but another one today Jan 17 so I am wondering if this following one (Jan 17) is a ghost update.

I think it's more related to seeing an update in the top right message of the tracker.

Oohh got it - thank you so we got one yesterday then. It shows on the top updated: 16 Jan 2024, but nothing else changed.

Do you mean the "Updated:" field followed by a date ?

Yeah, that's what I meant. I also saw a "new" in the "Application Filled" item in the history section but it was the same message that I had when I created the application.

Mmm I dont think I noticed that on my application, but I assume it is gone after you open it for the first time.
I also received an email today - similar to what we get initially after AOR to link application to ecas. Guess, as everyone here lets wait and see.

Hello Experts,

I am also planning to apply for Citizenship for me and my daughter. I have few doubts, could you please advise -

1. I completed my required physical number of days but my daughter not. Can I apply for my daughter as well along with me ?
2 . Can I apply online citizen application for me and my daughter as a Group
3. We went India for long vacations and my daughter's Indian passport expired there. So it has 4 months Gap in issuing the new passport. What could I mentioned in the explanation section

no, only a small percentaqge around 20% I think. For my month, it was 16 out of 104 people that received fingerprint request.
