Just now spoke with the call center and they confirmed that kids application will not have any progress in the tracker until one adult application is approved. In other words, excluding the special cases, kids will get invited along with adults for the oath .
A strange thing happened today! Office is Mississauga, only prohibitions was in progress which is completed today. Surprisingly, prohibitions is marked complete for my kid as well, but Language, physical presence, background are all in progress for him. I'm guessing someone over enthusiastically just updated his prohibitions when they were marking the adult application updates
So for me, everything is complete except Oath. AOR is 15 Jan.
My timeline is crazy. I just got my gcms notes. I am from Edmonton, my gcms notes state my primary office is Vancouver and secondary as Sydney. Only BG and Test completed rest all in progress.

I heard Sydney and Vancouver are the slowest offices for processing. One of very close friend applied from Edmonton after 2 months I applied on Feb2nd his oath is on May 1st
My theory is December applications were placed on hold for whatever reason until two weeks ago. We have seen more movement than all the other threads since our GUs last month. Whether that means you will see an update when other December Vancouver folks are getting theirs remains to be seen.

similar timeline for my spouse. Applied on December 4, AOR December 22. Test completed mid Jan and background completed on Feb 29. Test request came from Niagara, but from the call center, we learnt that the case is right now in Vancouver. Not able to find many recent cases in Vancouver and most of the reported cases from 2023 have had really slow timeline. Sheer bad luck to be struck in the office.

Based on what I saw in this thread, although you'll receive that email in advance, you will be able to download it after a few days of your Oath ceremony
