My eligibility and background was in progress since 11 March and I got my PPR last week.. Hopefully you will get yours by this weekend or next week probably

Eligibility and background remain in progress on gc key. It was in progress on tracker as well but got completed last week on tracker

Atleast he can raise a web form. Mostly IRCC reply the web form if your application takes more time than the given processing times. There is no loss in raising a web form I think

They just say that because they get annoyed by so many calls they receive for status updates. There's no set deadline for application processing, you could get processed in a month or could take another year if you are unlucky.

It won't help. Might as well login and logout of GCKey to expect this to influence processing times
