Updating a data point here(of a friend):

Stream: EE Inland

AOR: 13th Dec, 2023
MEP: 18th March
BIL: 18th March
Biometrics submitted: 18th May
Portal 1: 21st May
Portal 2: 24th May
eCoPR: 27th May

My friend forgot to gave his biometrics and did a walkin to do it after 2 months! Got approved, mainly because IRCC used his older biometrics that were still valid despite the BIL. Crazy story, but good end.
