I don't think there's any file they're not looking at.
We're seeing PNP outland receiving RFV recently.
What's your AOR/timeline?

If your agent is a RCIC or a Canadian lawyer - I'll go with what they say. Else, you can ask Legalfalcon for clarification on "Thank you Legalfalcon" thread. They'll be the best person to tell you what to do here if you are unsure.

That's just a placeholder text that IRCC has. If a date appears next to Final decision, one is likely to be receive their PPR/RFV/portal email very soon.
