Yes there seems to be a lot of people here who has a date on their final decision or even can see their copr in trackers. So yours might be soon too. The floodgates are about to be open seems like. Wish you all the best.

So this “Final decision” shown in GCKey always means the application has been approved or it may also mean it has been refused? Tracker shows eligibility completed but background check in progress!
 
Well majority of the time is approved. IRCC gives you a lot opportunity before they refuse a case tbh, like ADR’s
