My medicals has been updated to completed today but my spouse's is still showing as in progress. What could be wrong?

BIL received + Medicals + UCI Updated: 13th March

Looks like their GCKey doesn't allow to set old medicals by temporary policy that they have now, so they just inserted blank instead (could be because validation issues there, old medicals could be "expired" for GCKey, but they allow that by temp policy)

It is "normal". At least for me it was. It started showing completed in Tracker (weird validation dates) and empty in GCKey. Later there was medical validation date update (GU) on tracker but GCKey kept empty. Last week I received the following message on tracker:
Mar 08, 2024
Activity status updated: Medical exam
Medical exam
Medical exam status has been updated to Completed
And than GCKey was updated as well with the following message:
Review of medical results - March 9, 2024:You passed the medical exam.

If your medical exam was validon AOR, I don't belive IRCC will request a new one.

How to check background check details like you have in signature?

BIL - Feb 21st, Completed on Feb 27th Background Check - In Progress
Eligibility Status - Completed
Medicals Passed

Could anyone know what are the further steps?

And for my dependent except medical every other field shows in progress is this normal?
