my AOR was november 2023, i raised a webform on 23/1/24 for BIL, received email next day and instant appointment the day after. to my surprise biometric updated on 25/1/24 , medical 24/1/24 and eligibility 28/1/24 all completed 1 month ago. background check says "in process" since 29th january 24.
Do i wait or raise a new web form?

This is what I got.
Proof of funds: Due to the changing value of the Naira, your demonstrated funds are below the
required amount for settling in Canada. Please gather additional funds and provide proof that you
have equivalent of $17,127 Canadian. Please make sure to provide documents showing that the
funds are genuinely available to you and are not encumbered by debt. Please ensure to provide
bank statements showing a minimum of 3 months of transactions.
I think since it is stated that the value of the Naira is changing, it will be better to use an account with a stable foreign currency.....a domiciliary account (if you have one)....you could use either the dom account alone or you could use both your Naira and dom account for your POF.
If you do not have a domiciliary account, I think you should check the current exchange rate and anticipate any further fluctuation in the Naira and try to submit x2 or more of the Naira equivalent of your POF
