My advice: don't waste your time and call, I am AOR December 9 FSW-O. I called them on Friday and they said processing didn't start and my PVO is in Sydney. Calling won't speed up the process, but of course you're free to try. I used an app called fongo.

No update as yet.

I don't think it speeds up the process. It's just that your turn didn't arrive yet. BIL and medicals updates for FSW-O (non PNP) are still around 20-21 November I think.

Is it possible for Background check to be in progress but Eligibility hasn’t started?

I have the same question. There's a guy above that called IRCC and they said eligibility is completed.

Passed the MED/BIL today.
In tracker, eligibility is not started and background check is in progress. I think there will be an update for eligibility soon or I HOPE there will be.

In my situation, I am currently on PGWP and submitted my application December 16 under FSW STEM category. I submitted upfront medical request in my application, is that why I have not gotten any update since then?

I created tracker today . Its show biometric in progress , background in progress , medical completed yesterday and eligibility not started.

How do I know if I am fsw outland? On my ITA, it only mentions federal skilled worker. I applied on 16 December and have not gotten any update yet, does that mean my application is being processed under FSW O category?
