hello i have a friend who missed three days outside canada in USA on physical presence calculator as he by mistake put wrong dates in Oct 2017 instead from 06 OCT 2017 to 15 Oct 2017 ( 8 days) he put 10 Oct to 16 Oct 2017 ( 5 days) by error, when i told him to check I94 records he find that, what is the best scenario to do here he also have a lot of days and this error will not affect the 1095 eligibility as he has way more days. like 1200 days and this error will make the dates less a bit and he will still be eligible. he did the test and passed
does filling the web form is okay with a new physical presence and a letter? or just wait and see as he has lot of days? and passport stamps sent to them showed the entry and exit to us as the correct ones.
1. Time taken between various steps greatly varies even for applicants belonging to the same office.
2. Because of the answer to Q1, there isn't a standard timeline. Expect it'll take 12 - 15 months for the whole process (sometimes more).

Since your BG checks are complete, the next step would be the test. Why they aren't sending it, I don't know. Beats me too.

Sending anything now will not be helpful. Possibly they might delay few weeks since there is discrepancy but it might not be case as well(since he has more days than few missed ones). So its better to wait and see to avoid any confusion because of us.
If required they will ask for I94 records which he can send it at that time and they will verify the days with cbsa and confirm the total required days.
