Question for anyone who has been asked to do their test online but has been outside of Canada and can't actually fly back to Canada. What options are there and what have they done? To give context I applied back in February of last year and haven't had any contact as of yet but I won't be able to leave the UK probably for a very long time for personal reasons. I do still think it's not always going to be the case of all of the people who have applied and have had to wait for such a long time to all still be in Canada and then to somehow figure out a way to get back to Canada to take a test that's online.

35-40 days on average between AOR and IP.

That is a current and pre-covid average. And then, if everything goes well, 3-4 months before a test invite. Personally, I will be super happy if the entire process before the ceremony date takes 9-10 months.

Its valid for few, but quite many have not received even AOR. Whereas many January paper applicants got AOR.
