I actually started the application and it is working so fine. I have been able to replicate my paper application in my online application. What exactly is not working for you? I may be able to help!

Using your eligibility period to illustrate:
-PPC application date: Dec-2-2020.
-Returned eligibility period by the PPC: Dec-3-2015 to Dec-2-2020.
-Online application end date(1 day before application is submitted): Dec-2-2020.
-Returned eligibility period during online application: Dec-4-2015 to Dec-2-2020.

Anyways, I don't think it should be a problem. Here are my reasons:
1) I think it must be a system glitch in the online application.
2) Given that the period calculated by the PPC is more accurate, I believe the uploaded PPC will take precedence.

Worse case scenario, if they have changed the method of calculated shown by the online application calculation, it's just a 1 day difference which is why people are advised to give some extra days above the 1095 days required.

Hi All - The link has been removed from the CIC website. It was there yesterday. Clear your browser history / cookies and you will no longer find it.
The https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/landing link is still working but it is no longer linked to the CIC website.

I just checked with my reversed browser for things like this and I found that the CIC website still has the online stuff: Application for Canadian Citizenship: Adults - Subsection 5(1) - Canada.ca. It will redirect you to this website: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (cic.gc.ca).
